Residential Building Energy Rating Assessors

Our team are highly qualified, trained assessors and have been SEI approved. We will provide a professional efficient service and will cost each house/apartment on an individual basis. For standard residential units within the Dublin area our costs will be as follows:

1 Bedroom Apartment €250 + €25(SEI Registration Fee) + Vat

2 bedroom Apartment €300 + €25 + Vat

3 bedroom Semi Detached House €350 + €25 + Vat

For any properties outside of the standard we can cost on an individual basis.
For any landlords with multi units we will quote a competitive fee.
